Joshua has professional experience in Buenos Aires, Paris, Rio de Janeiro and London, developing deep expertise in complex international travel and visa logistics. He supports clients who divide their time across multiple jurisdictions, with particular focus on seamless transatlantic and multi city coordination.

His work includes urgent travel solutions, multi country visa management and tailored itineraries for high profile individuals, global families and senior corporate leadership, including CEOs of FTSE 100 companies and Premier League clubs.

He brings operational precision and discretion to complex situations, contributing to the overall direction and development of the firm.

Joshua is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, with advanced proficiency in Italian and Hebrew. He also serves as a Trustee of Montessori Global Education, championing inclusive, child led learning and supporting access to high quality education.

Jenny Santa Maria-Crew brings over 30 years of travel management experience, including more than two decades with MB Private Clients.

She works closely with clients, overseeing complex international itineraries and high frequency travel programmes.

Jenny leads the MB Private Clients Travel Team, maintaining the operational standards that underpin the firm’s service delivery. She ensures each client receives consistent, senior oversight from departure through to arrival.

Having worked alongside Michael Beagelman for over 20 years, she has been instrumental in shaping the systems and discipline that support the business today.
