Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant supplier.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received, supplier confirmation has been obtained where required, and confirmation has been issued to you.
You are responsible for checking all booking details, including names, dates, destinations, passport details, flight times, accommodation, transfer arrangements and any special requirements.
Payments
Payment terms will be advised at the time of booking.
Payments may be processed via third party banking and payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms of those providers.
Some suppliers may require deposits, balance payments, full prepayment or non refundable payment at the time of booking. These conditions will be advised where applicable.
Supplier Terms

Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier policies and may incur fees, fare differences, penalties or loss of payment.
We will assist in managing amendments and cancellations, but we cannot override supplier conditions.
Refunds, where available, are subject to the relevant supplier approving and processing the refund. Our service fees may be non refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
